Amendments to the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 (51 of 2007)

1. In section 23, in sub-sections (4), (5) and (6), after the words, figures and brackets “the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949)” “the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013)”, the words and figures “or the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016” shall be inserted. 2. In section 23A, in sub-section (3), after the words and figures “the Companies Act, 2013”, the words and figures “or the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016” shall be inserted.
