An Act to make provisions for the formation and regulation of limited liability partnerships and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

India Code's text has no cover date; it carries the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021 in full, in force from 1 April 2022. Sections 18, 73 and 81 were omitted by that Act.
