BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twelfth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

India Code's text carries the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 and the three Haryana State amendments. Section 8A is in the text but missing from the Act's own arrangement of sections.
